Formwork Systems panels come in a standard width of 1220mm which would allow a maximum working area of 1000mm.
The panels are covered with an 18mm high quality Phenolic film faced plywood that has multiple use qualities and is easily interchangeable.
Our panel framework is made from a lightweight 80mm x 40mm x 3.0mm rectangular hollow steel section to give maximum strength, then hot-dipped galvanised for lasting protection.
We understand the need to protect the internal body of the formwork frame. This required us to fill the internal of each frame with expanding foam to protect it from concrete residue and water ingress.
